Microsoft Hmong Translator Launch
On Tuesday, February 21, 2012, Phong Yang visited with the Microsoft Research team responsible that helped develop the translator for Hmong. Phong Yang will be going to Redmond, Washington to attend the International Mother Language Day. The event was established by UNESCO to promote awareness of linguistic and cultural diversity. The Microsoft Research team will release the Hub toolkit and featuring Hmong in the demos. Also featured will be the chat tool which will also have Hmong in it.
